This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It details the steps that IPRS Group (IPRS Health, PFAS, IPRS Mediquipe & Aeromed) has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Whilst we are not legally obliged to produce a slavery and human trafficking statement, this voluntary statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by IPRS to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its businesses and supply chains and supports our culture and values.
This policy applies to all persons working for, or on behalf of IPRS, in any capacity. This includes but does not limit the policy applicability to, colleagues, agency workers, temporary staff, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
IPRS Group is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery such as include different types of exploitation such as forced labour, servitude, child labour and human trafficking. We will continue to raise awareness of modern slavery within IPRS Group by reviewing and evaluating the measures and processes that we have implemented so far to ensure their effectiveness.
We will work with our suppliers and review our processes with our delivery partners to identify any additional measures we can take as a business to combat modern slavery.
We will continue to develop an awareness strategy for the Modern Slavery Act 2015 with the delivery of training and ongoing review for all colleagues.
We will continue to support our colleagues to understand and put in place reporting mechanisms if a case of slavery or human trafficking is suspected.
